Shipping & returns

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer mail order yet, purchases from our website must be picked up/returned in person via curbside pickup. If you made a purchase from the site, picked it up and need to return it, you may request the return through the website (as detailed below) but will need to drop off the item before a credit will be provided. Alternatively, you may just return it in person without requesting the return on the website.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to your Account dashboard by clicking My Account/Register normally at the top right-hand side of the screen or in your order emails. 

2. View past orders by clicking on My Orders.

3. Find the order with the item you'd like to return by clicking View on the right-hand side of the screen.

4. Click Return Items at the bottom of the page to create the return request.

5. Choose the items to return and the quantity.

6. Provide a return reason. You may choose a reason and an an action or create your own, click Send to set the return request in motion.

7. If your return is accepted, package it and send back to us at 572 College Street, Toronto, ON, Canada M6G 1B3. We will credit your account with the cost of standard postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you live in Toronto, you also have the option of returning your item to our store, in which case you do not need to start the return, just bring the item into the shop.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like time-sensitive goods (such as magazines), and custom products (such as special orders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
